Rosa is a female cadre of Acular Empire which plans domination of the world. However， her scheme is always interrupted by Female Space Detective. Rosa is also defeated by Rion today and is punished by General Death Gail. General Death Gail gives Rosa an ability which enable to transform into brutal fighter Hell Rosa in exchange for pain. Rosa transforms into Hell Rosa and challenges to Rion. Hell Rosa overwhelms Rion’s power and captures Rion. Death Rosa tortures Rion to settle a grudge but Rion never give in to it. Rosa makes an example of Rion but Rion revives with the electric shock and medical beam from the Space Mother. Is Rosa able to defeat Rion again!?
